Job Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning
o define the longer term Business marketing strategy
o develop and execute quarterly & monthly marketing plans
• Brand Understanding & Preference
o create compelling marketing campaigns to deliver an increase in preference
o find key areas of opportunity on and off the company’s website to increase
• Relationship Marketing
o lead the Business relationship marketing strategy and execution to support business objectives and drive transactions and revenue per account
o review customer lifecycle, working with Customer Experience Manager, determine key opportunities and pain points to ensure relevant messaging to drive greatest return
• Campaign Management
o develop and publish Business Campaign Calendar in line with key retail activity and product launches.
o work with merchant services team, design, execute and measure effectiveness of promotional programs to drive sustainable long-term user activity and benefits. Ensure promotional offers are targeted and relevant
• General Management
o develop, direct and manage direct report (intern/contractor), and lay plans for continued growth of team
o key member of Marketing team
Key Requirements:
• Experience required
o proven experience of creating strategic Business marketing plans and executing tactical campaigns with robust ROI measures
o extensive online marketing experience, with working knowledge of search, display, email and social media marketing channels
o deep knowledge of Relationship Marketing skills and techniques, including segmentation and propensity modeling
• Technical skills
o strong MS Office skills, particularly strength needed in PowerPoint and Excel
o knowledge of online marketing & CRM systems such as Mediaplex, Unica, Omniture or similar
• Qualifications
o excellent academic background
o undergraduate degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Personal characteristics
o good team player with collaborative approach
o strong people and communication skills, both written and verbal
