Job Responsibilities:
• assist BPM to seek new and innovative solutions to business needs and implement them to enhance productivity for HR and business organizations they support
• deliver the best IS/IT solutions for the globally integrated HR process in association with different system solution providers, including SAP
• work with the selected supplier of act! and the rest of client’s IT organization(s)
• ensure and capture the right level of knowledge of the as-built solutions
• key liaison with master data management track to ensure the HR data integrity and quality
• responsibility for issue resolution and change request management in cooperation with the support and development teams
• facilitate data conversion and acceptance tests. create and maintain test scripts and test data necessary for testing break-fix resolutions, system enhancements, and new developments
regularly interact with internal customers on support and business initiative issues
• assist in unit and integration testing
• assist in making the end user training material and give the training to the local training teams for the future state processes
Key Requirements:
• five years of technical/functional experience in the SAP HR modules
• must be able to lead the gathering of requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of functionality in the aforementioned SAP HR sub-modules
• SAP experience: working on international development projects for multinational companies
• must be customer focused and possess:
o the ability to identify and analyze issues and develop solutions to a variety of highly complex problems
o excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings
o excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management, external contacts, end-users, and technical contacts
o the ability to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• must be proficient with microsoft office suite particularly excel
• fluent in English. more languages is a plus

o comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
o decision-making ability
o able to travel frequently overseas
