About the Organisation:

Key Responsibilities:
• responsible for administrating network and server; ensure correct functioning of servers and network devices in different locations (Nantong, Shanghai); monitor and correct all backup systems for all servers
• provide helpdesk service for any information technology problems to China users; provide first level support for hardware and software problems
• responsible for digital and voice communication system administration, include land phone, PBX and mobile phone
• provide technical support to other application, such as access card and infrared guard system
• user training on IT applications and equipment
Key Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with over five years’ working experience as an IT engineer or network administrator
• knowledge of windows server and client operating systems (mandatory) and Microsoft server products: exchange, IIS, share point, SQL(mandatory)
• network infrastructure (mandatory) and SAP experience (desirable)
• good coaching ability with high customer satisfaction awareness
• ability to communicate and work together with international teams
• good written and oral communication capability with bilingual ability
