Job Responsibilities:
• leads and participates in the effort to gather and document business requirements for a full range of business application projects, and recommends technical solutions for business problems
• prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across the organization
• facilitates sessions with business and IT team members to define and document business requirements
• provides business process leadership to solve business and technical problems
• participates in test strategy development and leads sessions with technical staff and business team members to execute test cases
• conduct some programming for some changes in the systems to fulfill Business needs
• serves as the process expert in the regions EDW/BI, Demand Planning, and ERP areas
• provide project leadership for enterprise-wide information technology implementations. Ensure that the implementations developed follow all global IT guidelines, policies and standards. Collaboratively works together with peers, team members, and other departments
Key Requirements:
• seven to ten years of experience in the field or in a related area
• proven expertise in EDW/BI, Demand Planning, and ERP initiatives
• experience preparing technical project deliverables, including documenting business requirements, performing GAP analysis, and transforming requirements into system features or functions
• able to facilitate design sessions with business content experts, developers, administrators and DBAs
• prior experience developing testing strategies, writing and executing test cases, and facilitating user acceptance testing sessions
• proven understanding of detailed project plans including project-scheduling techniques, work break down structure, identification of task dependencies, and identification of critical paths
