ob Responsibilities:
• compensation:
o responsible for overall strategy, planning and implementation of company’s compensation programs in Asia, including the company’s annual compensation review planning (CRP) process, non-periodic review (NPR) processes, non-cash program (premier), annual market survey and competitive analysis process
• benefits:
o responsible for administration of company’s Asia benefits programs and ensures that the company is compliant with all local rules and regulations
o the manager also is a leader in any annual renewals/negotiations to ensure that she is competitive for the continued attraction and retaining of talent
• HR information systems (HRIS):
o responsible for the overall support and continued improvement of company’s HR information systems in Asia
o this includes company’s oracle HR system, ADP payroll, time & labor systems and other 3rd party vendor software
• payroll:
o responsible for managing the Asia payroll team including process improvement and continued efficiency/accuracy of payroll processing for Asia
o responsible for driving the continued integration of Asia payroll processing into the Asia shared service center
Key Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required
• more than then years progressive experience in compensation and benefits with 5+ years management experience
• experience working in a high tech, matrixed, global business environment with multiple stakeholders
• excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to quickly adapt style as necessary
• advanced analytical skills, expert skill in MS office—particularly Excel
