About the Organisation:
This company is one of the biggest sports companies and has a wide range of products. This position is required to build and protect the brand to increase market share in the region, develop regional marketing initiatives, execute national or regional marketing plan for the brands and ensure the strategies are executed across all necessary marketing touch points in a cost effective way.
Key Responsibilities:
• develop annual retail marketing and campaign plans that outlines marketing strategies and targets
• budget planning
• manage all aspects of communication, product marketing, trade marketing and sports promotion activities; secure high quality implementation of all marketing initiatives
• design retail marketing working budget proposal to support the regional marketing plan
• manage, develop and motivate team in alignment with the china organisation
• actively participate in all departmental level trainings and development initiatives and activities
Key Requirements:
• bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
• over 10 years’ proven marketing experience with at least five years in management roles within major CG and retail companies
• experience in apparel / fashion / shoes or FMCG
• fluent in English and mandarin (written and spoken)
