About the Organisation:
This is a world famous cosmetics company. Reporting to the Brand General Manager, you will be required to deliver a strategic approach to marketing to successfully grow the overall market share, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth across all customer segments for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• gain market share in China in the cosmetics market
• protect brand heritage/DNA and brand equity
• grow and maintain the brand’ leading position and store ranking

Key Requirements:
• university degree
• seven to nine years’ relevant marketing or marketing-related experience, preferably in the cosmetics / fragrance business (in a similar or related industry)
• experience in leading a team
• excellent team player; good interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels within an organisation
• self-motivated; enthusiastic and able to work independently
