Reporting to the BU head, you will be required to deliver a strategic approach to marketing to successfully grow the overall market share, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth across all customer segments for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• responsible for customer marketing activities
• responsible for marketing, advertising and promotion programs within the GCPO A&P budget
• comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
• support brand strategy definition and C4 MPH plan
• coordinate with sales team to define GCPO sales/ marketing tactical plans and review sales POA to ensure brand strategy execution
• design, manage, coordinate and evaluate brand tactical plans and category A&P budgets for GCPO
Key Requirements:
• university degree in Medicine/ Clinical/ Business
• fluent in Mandarin with good English communication skills
• at least one year experience in DSM/MSL/PSM
• marketing experience preferred
