About the Organisation:

Key Responsibilities:
• manage the documents / procedures according to ISO norms, develop quality management system & process quality audit
• implement QMS audit for potential suppliers, implement Process Quality Control audit for potential suppliers
• update related documents from project team & DTI (specification & drawings) for every sourcing project
• organize & attend kick off meeting between SG and suppliers after PO
• inspect all parts (raw material, purchasing, sub-contract, and manufacturing) in supplier site
• pre-assembly inspection, factory acceptance test on supplier site with project team / customers / DTI / SGR / others
• prepare the technical drawings and inspection reports which project need before shipping
• discuss with suppliers during installation or commissioning if need, establish lesson learning card at the end of project for future projects
• annual QMS audit for indentified suppliers (“A” and “B”), help suppliers which rated “B” for quality improvement
• train suppliers regularly to ensure they meet the required engineering specifications as well as the required quality levels
• quality Problem Following-up (analyze & identify quality problems with project team and customers, review all quality items with sourcing engineer regularly and make action plan)
• make regular statistics and reporting
Key Requirements:
• bachelor degree or above in Engineering (mechanic-electrical, mechanical, or electrical)
• minimum three years' working experience in quality management or SQE (of preference, in glass field); experience in purchasing & sourcing is a plus
• excellent English, good computer skills
• general understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 requirement
• good capacity of communication, good balance pro-activity / reactivity.
• good capacity of synthesizing, good rigor and chariness
