About the Organisation:
This is a world leading provider of bathroom and kitchen products, with over 50 years heritage in Asia. Its products allow customers to express their own style by choosing exclusive design reflecting their personality for a beautiful and harmonious bathroom environment. Reporting to the Marketing VP, Asia Pacific, you will be required to establish and build strong and consistent brand positioning across Asia Pacific countries, develop effective PR / brand communication tools and materials across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• initiate and set up corporate and brand PR strategy for Asia Pacific region
• propose and implement corporate and brand PR plans in different countries
• work with international PR agencies to develop effective PR programs across the region
• work with PR agency and 4A advertising agencies to develop PR and brand communication strategies and programmes
• work with digital marketing companies to develop effective online marketing programs incl. company website development and maintenance
• develop effective marketing programs for both end consumer in retail channel and project customers in project channel
• design and implement influencer programs across the region to support project channel sales
• work as the brand guardian in the region to ensure consistency of the brand communication, effectiveness of the marketing programs and best practice sharing
Key Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree or above, marketing major is preferred
• graduate from a top university is preferred
• MBA degree is preferred
• at least 10 years’ solid marketing experience esp. in the FMCG industry with brand and/or corporate PR, brand development and brand communication experience
• experience working across countries, outside of China or in the Asia Pacific region is preferred
