Key Responsibilities:
• lead the development of product/ franchise strategies to optimise the portfolio business
• establish new relationships with KOLs of in Ob/ Gyn and General surgery in order to get their endorsement and leadership to drive adhesion prevention adoption in China, particularly for premium adhesion prevention products
• direct and support product growth initiatives
• develop marketing activities which are aligned with strategies, including activities focused on physicians as well as patients
• assist BU head to establish competency requirement for product manager in biosurgery
• develop subordinate through coaching and training programs
• direct team in the product /portfolio budget planning and control
Key Requirements:
• university graduate preferably in Medical or Pharmaceuticals, MBA desirable
• minimum five years experience in marketing with either a medical device or pharmaceutical company
• direct experience in commercialisation of premium self-paid products, strong leadership in developing patient-based marketing programs, and/or experience with Ob/ Gyn or General Surgeons and or General Surgeons
