Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee & manage the Finance functions of Shanghai & Beijing to ensure a high quality service is provided
• Preparing/reviewing management reports on a timely basis and in accordance with timetable given by Group Accounting team
• Ensure compliance with Global Policies & Procedures and SRA regulations
• Managing Shanghai & Beijing working capital
• Local accounting requirements, audit, & tax filing
• Act as key contact point with Partners on Financial Management
• Setting up Monthly Payroll

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW or equivalent), with at least 6 years post qualification experience
• Possess excellent people management and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with a polite and professional approach
• Excellent organisational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines
• Strong sense of integrity and discretion
• Highly visible with a flexible, positive approach and proactive manner
• Sets and achieves high standards of excellence in work with a keen eye for detail
• Solid PRC tax knowledge and financial analysis
• Able to work in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining a calm disposition and level-headed approach at all times
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
