Paralegal for a leading company in mediccal device industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on drafting and reviewing business documents and contracts for the APAC region
- Responsible for legal research, analysis and response to legal inquiries from internal departments
- Manage corporate legal matters such as legal documents, contracts, legal billing administration, etc.
- Correspondence in English with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle and coordinate company secretarial work
- Other legal operation tasks as assigned
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above, major in law
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Fluent in oral and written Mandarin and English
