Our client is a well-known MNC trading company, with good business across China. Currently, they are hiring a Senior Legal Manager, this role going to lead one junior legal and reporting to enabling function head.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the legal team leader, you are going to support business from every perspectives, including contract review, policy study, general compliance works and others like legal advice and labour
- Help to perfect the legal policies and process internal and control risks for daily business
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in law, at least 5 years working experiences
- Better have retail, FMCG, consumer industry background, but also open to other industries
- English can be used as working language both in written and oral
- Good communication and open to talk personality, soft skills really matter a lot for this role
- we can open to pure law firm candidate as long as you have relevant business support experiences
