Our client is looking for a Legal Manager in Wuxi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract drafting and reviewing
- Providing legal advice and solutions for business need of the company
- Identify and mitigate legal risks for the company
- Ensure compliance with laws and improving or establishing company policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
- Lawyer’s Certificate of PRC
- Bachelor or Master degree in law from a reputable law school
- Fluent English both in spoken and written
- At least 5 years working experience, including 3 years working in famous law firm
