Legal Manager Role for a new energy industry MNC. Willing to travel to Japan is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing risks and legal guidance on essential management topics, collaborate with the management team and support solving complex company issues
- Implement the local contract management process with the same concept in other subsidiaries
- leading the contract review and negotiations. You will work on finding solutions with cross-functional teams
- Localize the contract templates according to Head quarter's legal requirements and local business demands
- Preparing and performing legal proceedings
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Japanese, both in oral and written
- Open for travel to Japan
