Legal Manager - Property Management

Our client is seeking to hire a Legal Manager to advice, manage and oversee all logistics real estate legal matters relating to the operations of the China Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for all logistics real estate legal matters relating to the China Business. Provide legal support and advise in day-to-day matters
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts/agreements involving the Company including commercial contracts and documentations
• Contribute to communication of organisational policies and legal updates to ensure operations comply with established organisational policies and legal requirements, rules, regulations and laws
• Develop and keep up to date standard Group contract templates (English and Chinese bilingual versions) for ease of contracting
• Keep the China Business abreast of any legal changes to the laws which would or may have an impact on the China Business
• Review project and business needs and ensure measures / structures in place are efficient and in line with current laws

Key Requirements:

• Law degree
• PRC Bar Qualification
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English(read and write)
• At least 4 year’s experience as an in-house legal counsel
• Experience with logistics real estate, logistics, law firm is preferred
• Ability to provide basic translations of legal documents, if required
• Able to work alongside and support experienced senior lawyers
• Demonstrates collaborative and co-operative approach to team work
• Effectively manages workloads and competing priorities
