Senior Finance BP Manager

One leading Hi-tech MNC is seeking a Finance BP Lead in Shanghai CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders to provide needed financial counsel and support for decision making, and in-depth financial and operational analysis to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and operation productivity improvement
• Ensure that proper processes are in place for the accurate forecasting of sales, costs, working capital, fixed capital investments and return on investment
• Provide leadership and financial expertise as a key member of the China leadership team to address and seek opportunities for continuing growth and margin expansion
• Oversee credit and collection initiatives to ensure that credit policies are enforced throughout the organization and that timely collections are made
• Assume responsibility for improving process efficiency and implementing cost controls/programs within the organization
• Ensure all project recording and treatment (including booking/revenue, costs but not limited to them) are in line with relevant policies, and processes
• Co-ordinate with China HQ management to align on strategy, target and performance measurement
• Support other ad hoc financial professional tasks and projects in business stream

Key Requirements:

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance essential. MBA / CIMA / CPA / ACCA preferred
• Solid background in financial analysis in a commercial environment
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal & influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization
• Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
• High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style
• Must possess high level of integrity and a positive working attitude
