Legal Counsel

Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel in Shanghai.

Job Contents:

• M&A
• corporate and commercial affairs
• simple labor law support

Key Responsibilities:

• You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including vendor, sponsorship, investment agreements
• Provide strategic and practical advice
• You will assist on labor related legal issues
• You will manage local corporate governance and company secretarial matters
• Cooperate with multiple departments
• Research different risk factors regarding decisions and operations

Key Requirements:

• A good educational background and English proficiency includes speaking + red circle Law firms experience background, which can be pure law firm or with corporate background
• Overall 8 years or more of work experience
