One Europe Pharma MNC is looking for a Finance Director in Shanghai; Great culture with competetive package
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, staffing, train, retain and talent management for China Finance including plant-based finance and accounting, treasury, FP&A and Risk Management
- Design and oversight of monthly financial closing activities
- Design and oversight of internal controls over transaction processing and financial reporting
- Continual improvement in the design and operation of financial processes and systems
- Oversight of treasury related activities
- Financial planning and forecasting processing
- Risk management activities
- Effective coordination with Asia Finance
- Coordination with corporate financial reporting personnel
- Coordination with the company's independent public accounting/audit firm and tax consultants
- Support for key initiatives sponsored by the corporate headquarters, region management, operating management and at a local plant level
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years professional experience in finance leadership roles
- High profile university degree, preferably with major in business / finance
- Excellent convincing & influencing skills, ability to lead international cross functional team
- Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
