Operation Finance Director

One global leading industrial MNC is recruiting an Operation Finance Detector in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 6 plants and 2 R&D centers across China, around 10billion/EUR business
• Provide strategic input and insight to drive operations efficiency and savings
• Provide leadership and coaching for the plant finance department in an environment of open communication, trust, and confidence. Ensure that adequate skills and knowledge are applied
• Identify internal control weakness, drive and provide leadership for the implementation of change and innovation to support the achievement of cost reduction and improvement opportunities
• Lead the standard pricing management, standard cost annual roll, annual plant budgeting and forecasting process, analysis and interpretation of operating statistics and accounting information in order to appraise operating results and performance against budget
• Preparation of financial reports and presentation of findings and recommendations, including lead monthly financial reporting for plant legal entities

Key Requirements:

• 15 years of experience with multi-national company in China of operations finance within the manufacturer environment
• Sound business acumen and quantitative & analytical skills with a good detail orientation
• Strong leadership skill
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a must
