Our clients are Forbes Global top 500 companies with roots in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, entertainment and financial services industries for over 30 years. Their Shanghai Office is now looking for a Legal Director role covers the legal affairs of all mainland China area, immediately start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for the company's investment and financing related businesses, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing relevant agreements
- Dealing with the company's investment, financing, merger and acquisition and other legal affairs
- Responsible for project legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and revising investment and MERGER related contract agreements and legal documents, and participating in contract negotiations
- Cooperate with external lawyers to complete company data and business compliance, including system establishment, implementation and review
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in law or above, passing judicial examination is preferred
- At least 5 years legal work experience in well-known law firms or well-known companies, with legal due diligence experience in investment, merger and acquisition projects
- Master legal knowledge systematically, familiar with company law, contract law, investment and financing laws and regulations
- Strong logical thinking ability, communication ability, analytical strain ability and writing skills
