This role should be responsible * To review and develop market entry & overall sales strategy for our new UTS series & Professional Filters. * To implement strategy by well developed execution plans. * To lead a small UTS & Professional Filters business development team of 3-5, and collaborate with jugs physical sales team, eCom sales team, and marketing team to achieve distribution and sales target.
About the role
- To analyze market dynamics, and develop overall UTS & Professional Filters sales strategy.
- UTS strategy include distribution tactics at traditional 3C and eCom platform; new B2C/B2B, and others. Professional Filters strategy include distribution tactics at Café & Tea house chains, hotels and institutions.
- Also include tactics to capture share at our selective segments within a short period of time
- Collaborating with jug physical team, eCom sales team and marketing to actively implement UTS & Professional Filters sales strategy.
- Own the company’s assigned sales & profit targets.
- Be proactive and resourceful in driving sales & distribution programs to secure the achievement of the targets.
- Well manage resources and trade spending accordingly.
- Lead and motivate the team to implement strategy & plans.
- To develop a high performance team and team culture.
- Secure a strong relationship & collaboration with cross-functions and customers, to achieve strategic targets and goals.
About the Person:
At least 7 years’ sales experiences in UTS, air purification or consumer durable industries
Good analytical skills, sensitive on numbers
Good on preparing plans, reports and strategy
Experience with distributor and retail chains/3C management
Experience with leadership role of a team of at least 5 subordinates. Strong people management skills
Mature, independent, self-driven
Strong communication skills, good in both English written and conversation; good presentation skill
