In this role, you will lead the business in the markets of North Asia. You will develop and execute strategic and operating strategies designed to win market share and grow the business, while delivering an exceptional client experience and strong P&L performance for all business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor the competitive landscape and trends in the North Asia market and beyond, identifying and developing propositions for opportunities to add to and strengthen the business offerings in North Asia
- Work closely with the Sales organisation to ensure distribution strategies and footprint are commensurate with the market opportunities and organised to take advantage of the competitive advantages in the markets
- Ensure Service and Implementation activities are run effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality output to clients
- Partner with Global Product and Technology to optimise our product offerings in the markets, ensuring feature functionality, user experience, technical foundation, and product compliance are all appropriately balanced in our product strategies and roadmaps
- Drive high levels of associate engagement and provide career pathing opportunities to high potential individuals
- Enhance the culture of inclusion and diversity to achieve excellent business results
- Ensure a culture of compliance and high ethics commensurate with the Mission, Vision, and Values
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership level positions
- Track record of driving success in highly competitive markets and emerging markets
- Excellent English speaking and native Chinese speaking
- Similar working experience in B2B business services, and tech industry is much preferred
- Experience in successfully bringing new products to market and/or leading the business to enter a new market would be a plus
