For an international manufacturer, we are looking for full P&L General Manager. Solid international work experience, especially in West Europe, is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of operation and commercial management of business in China
- Communicate effectively with international teams to optimize use of resources and know-how in the region. Furnish monthly management reports to HQ management
- Lead and develop a working environment which encourages cooperation and exchange of know-how and ideas between Manufacture, Quality, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Human Resource and Supply Chain
- Work closely with global sales team to ensure consistent international pricing and customer specific strategies. Visit important local customers to develop the strategic relationship
- Ensure effective day-to-day management of the company by coordinating activities and monitoring results
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with engineering related majors is preferred
- Strong business analytical skills and business acumen, flexible and agile. Comprehensive understanding of customers, markets, and business and regulatory environments
- At least 2-year work experience of full P&L General Manager or similar position is mandatory. Strong background in general management, financial management, business development, sales and marketing
- Solid international work experience, especially in West Europe, is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Good team building ability, a leader and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
