Marketing Manager for leadiing Medical Device company. This role will be responsible for marketing strategy, planning, and activities of Cardiac Assist division. He/ She should oversee strategic planning, development, and coordination of all marketing communications programs to promote the sale of company products and further the company’s sales objectives. As the partner with business unit leader, to drive product focus strategies and executions, maximize the synergy of marketing/branding/clinical education across the product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support BUM in business planning and forecasting, SISO AOP planning and Sales team goal setting
- Development, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies and marketing concepts in close coordination with the functions Sales, RA etc.
- Having a deep understanding of China market landscape, analysis and identification of market trends, pricing, opportunities, risks, competitor activity to identify and develop strategic and tactical plans
- Visit and communicate with key customers to understand the needs of the current and future customers to develop a customer experience journey and using customer segmentation tools
- Manage product life cycle process, support product development efforts for suitable products to address different market segments
- Take lead of all marketing activities, such as market seminars, exhibitions, trade show to enhance brand image
- Design the promotional, training course and other technical programs for the distributors and the customers to drive commercial growth
- Conduct regular communication to ensure maximum alignment across product lines, marketing communication and other functions
- Manages the preparation of sales tools, controls advertising and public relations projects, and recommends the media best suited to sell specific products or services
- Have regular meetings with business teams, APAC/International/global counterparts
- Hire, develop motivate and retain talents with the team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medical education or business management is a plus
- At least 8 years working experience in relevant area
- Excellent communication and team leadership
- Strategic and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong capability in both spoken and written English
- Cardiology experience, coronary intervention experience is plus
