The Product Manager is responsible for the China marketing plan and product portfolio management of the assigned products. The Product Manager has profit & loss responsibility for his/her product portfolio, as well as the responsibility for marketing resources for his/her products, development of marketing activities and development relevant application and product training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specially marketing strategy in specific therapy area aligned with product strategy
- Drive the new product registration and launch by leading a cross-functional task force consisting of Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Sales and Finance functions, maintain strong connection to the Product Group
- Develop overall marketing plan for product portfolio for Mainland China
- Communicate and share product portfolio strategy, market and competitor knowledge with marketing team and sales force on a regular basis
- Provide support on market/product analysis in terms of positioning and technical specification to Sales team in the tendering process
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years experiences in product management in medical device industry
- Teamwork spirit
- Proficient in English
- Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capability
