Marketing Director - Medical Equipment

Marketing Director role of leading Medical Equipment Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and drive implementation of China marketing strategy; ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies
• Drives successful launch for new products/services/solutions in the market by localizing content and deepening strategy
• Champions the voice of the customer and manages a holistic customer experience in the market across the product portfolio. Voice of customer insights and feedback to Product Group on strategy/ concept/ claim/ sales potential/ branding
• Responsible for defining and implementing pricing/positioning strategies, policies and processes that maximize financial objectives as well as optimizing competitive position in the marketing place
• Provide internal training programs for product training on all level of sales
• Proactive and effective involvement in training of product knowledge, sales skills, systems knowledge, and internal processes
• Demand Planning and Inventory Management for marketing campaigns impact in product demand

Key Requirements:

• University degree, 10+ years’ experience in Medical Device industry with solid experience of marketing
• Experience in Medical Equipment area is a plus
• Healthcare background preferred, MBA or consulting background is a plus
• Demonstrated comprehensive or close-loop marketing experience in delivering marketing solutions
• Has a deep understanding of China healthcare situation and unique viewpoints of marketing
• Has strategic thinking and communication skill, and experience of leading and managing a team and projects in a dynamic environment
• Has strong experience developing and coaching internal talent as well as pipelining external talent to sustain a high caliber team
