Medical Device Associate R&D Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formulation of R&D management system and the construction of R&D project management system
• Responsible for sorting out the R&D process, identifying, analyzing and solving business process breakpoints and pain points
• Cooperate with the person in charge of R&D to determine the development ideas, and implement effective supervision and control of the development process
• Responsible for the construction of R&D team, establish talent echelon, and continuously improve the technical level of R&D personnel
• Establish an effective internal teamwork mechanism to promote the better implementation and operation of business goals

Key Requirements:

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of relevant work experience in medical device R&D management, active experience is preferred
• Experience in medical device R&D system combing and project control of large and medium-sized foreign-funded or domestic-funded group companies
• Experience in leading R&D teams to complete R&D projects from project initiation to listing
• Efficient execution, excellent language expression and logical thinking skills
• Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
