The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales manager are to lead our inside sales team, then find, develop, and grow new business accounts in company's sectors. Secondary responsibilities include growing existing revenue streams, supporting sales team, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Lead inside sales team, identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers
- Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs
- Master Degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Immunology or a related scientific field
- Have inside sales experience in Life Science sector
- Experience in team management
