The HRM will cover both HR and Admin and report directly to the GM and lead a team of 5.
- According to company development strategy, make overall plans of Human Resources development and govern the operation of programs
- Participate in company personnel decisions, Organise the recruitment, training, salary, performance, benefits, employee relations, corporate culture and other human resource management norms, various regulations and management procedures, and responsible for the implementation.
- Improve the incentive mechanism, rationally plan and control the cost of human resources.
- Responsible for the company's performance appraisal management and related complaint handling.
- Good communication with other departments and put forward the plan and deal with the major emergencies in the management of the company.
- Responsible for internal organisation and management of HR department, Guide subordinates to make periodic work plan and supervise the implementation.
- Assist and supervise each department to formulate relevant regulations and regulations matching the human resource management policies and system.
- Training competent departments at all levels to grasp the human resources management knowledge, skills.
- Responsible for the implementation of relevant national, provincial labour personnel, salary, insurance and employee training aspects such as laws, policies and regulations, pay attention to the macroscopic control of human resources management to the company.
- Bachelor degree or above major in HR or engineering relative discipline is preferred.
- More than 10 years of work experience in HR field, minimum 5 years for management experience; Industry Automation knowledge, especially have different industries work experiences is plus.
- Excellent communication skills, insight and comprehensive analysis ability, with good occupation moral and personal integer.
- Sociable, be good at learning and sharing.
