We are hiring a HR manager for one of the leading companies in industry of new energy gardening machinery. This position is based in Tennessee (USA), at least 5 years of HR experiences, Bilingual: fluent in Mandarin and English.
Job Description:
- This position performs a business partnering and advisory role. Primary responsibility would be leading the development and execution of human resource strategies aligned to supporting growth plans, while adhering to company's values and philosophy. Work to support company's HR organisation as part of the HR Leadership team. Ensuring global standards are built. To be a strong employee advocate and able to work effectively with people leaders to improve a conducive work culture to attract, develop and retain top talents. Manage employee life cycle processes including on-boarding, new hires, and terminations and find ways to improve and streamline the processes and adoption on HR tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability #1:
- Partner and support, interact with business leaders and align HR programs with company's business strategies
- Takes ownership to provide timely, accurate information to support business decisions
- Accountability #2:
- Employee relations management, include but not limited to employee complain, investigation, termination, restructuring etc.
- Performance Management
- Employee development
- Employee engagement, improve employee turnover
- Monitor Attendance and support HR software development
- Accountability #3:
- Ensure alignment of HR practice
- Track local government labor regulations/ employment law / social security upgrade etc.
- Compliance with corporate & regional HR requirement
- Other tasks assigned by leaders
Key Requirements:
- It is an OVERSEA position, above 5 years HR Experience, fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Business Degree and MBA preferred
- Experience partnering with business leaders to develop and drive global initiatives
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships
- Ability to staff and develop an effective and capable team
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Change management leadership capability
