Key Responsibilities:
- C&B:
- Lead regular review of employee salary and incentive scheme on annual basis, ensure total rewards scheme is closely aligned with individual/team performance and engagement
- Partner with payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing of own retail payroll (Mainland China, HK & Macau)
- Lead roll-out of benefits program
- Lead the implementation, administration and communication of core C&B programs
- Closely follow the change of labor laws and regulations and take proactive measures to meet compliance requirement
- Vendor management for C&B related vendors
- Workforce planning:
- Manage monthly HC planning based on store productivity and personnel expense budgeting and regular review in own retail stores
- Provide and maintain high-quality workforce analysis and reporting; propose action plans to support the retail operation enhancement
- Maintain store structure guidance and tools to ensure organization efficiency
- Maintain a close collaboration with region HR team to implement HR tools in the field
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources management including 3 years’ in C&B
- Proven track record in leading critical C&B integration projects
- Experience in retail industries is strongly preferred
- Good knowledge in Greater China labor law and tax regulation, and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements
- Strong data analysis professionalism
- Confident communicating and influencing at higher levels
- Microsoft Windows packages, Advanced Excel a must
