My client is a foreign owned IT service provider with offices in multiple cities in South China.
-Assisting the Group's Human Resources Director in charge of domestic human resources work to coordinate the development of the business and carry out moderate reforms
-Assist in planning the construction of domestic company management system, formulate professional standards and management systems of various departments of the company, general rules and regulations of the company, and modify/write the implementation of work supervision norms.
-Implement the annual business management plan of the domestic company, prepare the overall work plan of the department, and be responsible for implementation and supervision
-Manage and control human resource costs, review all human resource related expenses
-Coordinate the communication of company related information
-Organize and improve the recruitment, compensation and welfare systems of domestic companies and various types of personnel management mechanisms, as well as performance and training systems, and actively promote implementation.
-Use professional knowledge and departmental managers to conduct job analysis; propose post adjustment and adjustment opinions; clarify department, job responsibilities and job qualifications; prepare, modify and improve department and job responsibilities
-Responsible for the approval of domestic companies' salary and welfare systems
-Maintain company employee relations, understand employee dynamics, and establish a good corporate culture and working atmosphere
-Proposing for interview selection, evaluation, appointment and dismissal, job assignment, salary, reward and punishment of the company's core management personnel
-Inspect and guide the implementation of the company's human resources management work and report to the Group's Human Resources Director
