An international company based in SIP is looking for HRM.You will work closely with business leadership and HR Function Team, to implement and harmonize processes in the development of specific strategies for building leadership capabilities, addressing employee engagement and developing appropriate solutions from within the broader HR organization with an eye toward innovation and solubility of processes.
- act as company high performance culture advocator, responsible for Global HR Policy, Project/Activity implementation in local organization, comply with global guidelines, as well as China Labor Law & Regulations
- lead the HR & Admin team to provide excellent HR & Administrative services to employees and other departments
- work as a business partner and support General Manager with developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and regulations
- responsible for various HR functions including recruitment and selection, training & development, compensation and benefits, incentive programs, etc.
- develop and manage employee communication channels and improve employee engagement
- work together with GM and local management team to shape positive culture change and working environment
- provide consultation/coaching to local managers/employees in HR Policy & Procedure implementation, employee development, etc.
- coordinate between corporate HR and local management
- will be a key member of local management team
- bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration or human resource
- more than 10 years working experience, preferably with multinational companies, with at least 5 years leadership experience in HR and administration
- ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality
- working experience as a line manager in other functions is a plus
- familiar with China labor laws and regulations
- strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
- excellent language skills both in English and Chinese
