This role will partner to ensuring smooth and successful HR project and system implementations through a “make it happen” outlook, superior skill set, passion, and collaboration. They will play a pivotal role to provide HR system support to employees in the region including data management, testing and operational support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Accuracy is of paramount importance to ensure our employee population has the correct data, so attention to detail and commitment to quality are critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage testing activities including test plans, scope, scenarios, and scripts and partner with HR Technology analysts and the HR teams to ensure thorough testing (regression, data loads and new features/projects)
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, research, and test solutions
  • Consultatively develop technology roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Work with business process owners to determine which new features/functionality should be implemented
  • Responsible for translating business requirements into technology functionality
  • Design, configure, test, maintain, and recommend best practices for Workday technology that is focused on enhancing the global employee experience
  • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to our solution
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in Workday including manual entry and data loads, executing audits, etc.
  • Proactively research, propose opportunities, and implement ideas to improve and optimize processes
  • Support development and maintenance of training and communications materials
  • Act as the subject matter expert and stay on top of latest trends within aligned workstream
  • Liaise with the broader HR team to ensure effective intersections with other workstreams
  • Collaborate and achieve results with a diverse group of team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external team members and build lasting relationships
  • Write and maintain reports used within assigned workstream
  • Create and manage project plans (including establishing work effort, priority, and timing) and supporting materials aligned to responsibility areas
  • Act as a change agent; link change to strategic business needs
  • Navigate decision-making with multiple decision makers
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team or needed specific requirements
