This is an exciting opportunity to carry out strategic HR practices in a fast-growing global technology company.
- Work in partnership with senior management in the region to develop and implement HR programs that address key people and culture issues, including employee and leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning and change management
- Manages and facilitates training sessions across the organization, share best practices and collaborate with line managers on training initiatives
- Address critical employee relations issues in collaboration with the legal department
- Partner with regional HR co-workers to deliver appropriate programs and initiatives as needed in compensation plans, talent acquisition, learning & development, etc.
- 10+ years’ experience in HR generalist and business partner roles, preferably in large sized global high-tech environment
- Ability to understand business strategies and recommend HR programs to solve people and culture related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin
