Key Responsibilities:
- The position is mainly responsible for channel management of BU Japan headquarters and China, employer brand building, campus recruitment, etc. (Candidates do not need to be directly responsible for recruitment delivery)
- Collaboration and communication of HR recruitment work or projects between China and Japan
- Need to travel in Japan if necessary
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Relevant recruiting experience in MNC
- Fluent Japanese, good English is a plus
