It's a regional role in charge of performance calibration and development, talent management and organisation development.
Participate in the development if the Talent Development and Talent Management strategy for the region. Provide regional input for the development of global TD and TM strategy/programs
- Performance Calibration and Development in the Region
Prepare annual performance review and performance calibration for senior leaders in the region. Working with leadership teams to drive and to build up performance oriented culture in order to grow the business, organisation and people in the region.
- Talent Management: Talent acquisition, Development and Retention
Prepare and initiate Talent Review process, Succession Review, and setting up individual career development plans for talent of through implementing global Talent Review and Succession Planning frameworks tools and processes on regional leadership level in compliance with Corporate HR strategy, tools and processes.
- Organisation Development and Engagement
Support the Regional HR VP for the development of a high performing organization in a dynamic and fast growing market environment. Check the effectiveness of and efficiency for further development of processes as well as the structure of the region.
- HR Consulting
Act as regional point of contact for TD and TM topics for all local HR Mangers in the region.
Be regional lead facilitator on Employee Performance Management and Employee Engagement and conduct/assist with facilitation of programs and initiatives with VP HR and country leaders.
- Diversity Initiatives.
Promote and increase internal transfer and international assignment opportunities through internal programs, regionally and globally. Plan, track and drive diversity in the region, and implement related programs.
Guide, motivate and develop HR capabilities in the region leverage existing HR resources and build cross unit collaboration among HR in the region.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor Degree or above, with 10-15 years’ relevant job experience in HR preferably in Talent Management and Talent Development
- Fluent English communication skills
- International experience
