I am currently looking for a young & potential training and development talent for my client who is a well-known fashion company in Shenzhen. This position opens to candidates from all industries.
- Support and implement the strategy of people development.
- Design and implement career path and people development programs/plan for important potions in the company
- Develop, and maintain a good training and training course system.
- Develp, motivate and coordinate with internal trainers
- Support the company for talent identification and development process/program.
- Collect, identify and implement the annual training plan for each division
- Cooperate with divisional training coordinators
- Identify the training needs of employees and find good and effective training resources.
- Develop, implement and maintain a measuring system for training satisfaction. Report the results.Training effectiveness appraisal.
- Record, analyze, document all trainings activities.
- 5 year above Experience on people development and/or organization development.
- Good communication skill and program driving ability.
- Fluent English in Oral and Written
- hands on working experiences on competencies model building up,
- key talent identified and work out development plan and tracking on with attrition rate decreasing;
- good experiences on succession planning and employee career path design
