L&D Assistant Manager

One global leading company is now seeking for a L&D AM role with good education background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define organization learning priorities considering learners’ needs and business development needs
• Develop and deliver yearly learning plan and learning calendar by collaboration with retail area trainers and training responsible in Greater China
• Make and follow up yearly learning budget
• Lead execution of relevant trainings including culture, management, service trainings etc.
• Actively promote internal learning platforms and encourage self-managed learning

Key Requirements:

• University degree holder, with at least 10-12 years’ experience in retail or management training field
• Independent, attentive to details, highly organized and a team player
• Strong passion for training and people development
• Have good learning agility with growth mindset
• Self driven and able to work independently
• Have capability to build networking to create learning environment
• Proactive and innovative with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
