Key Responsibilities:
- You need to be good at recruitment channel management, recruitment efficiency & process management, candidate pool management, hand on direct sourcing as well
Key Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 8 years of working experience, preferred within talent acquisition for corporate or commercial scope
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Strong networking skills and proven track record within building talent pools and hiring senior candidates
- Very good verbal and written English skills
