This role will work for Global Sports Brand| Lead and manage whole marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determines key brand /marketing priorities for the country and sets marketing strategy to elevate brand desirability as well as brand awareness
- Create an integrated brand experience across retail stores, translate Marketing directives into clear instructions for the Retail front-line, develop and deliver a culture and purpose marketing roadmap for China in line with global principles while keeping it locally relevant
- Liaise with Regional / Global Marketing teams to ensure consistency of local strategy/execution to global guidelines and luxury execution standards. Contribute to the development and roll-out of new initiatives, share knowledge and practices
- Manage margin development and given Marketing Budget, maximizing ROI - in collaboration with local Finance team
- Develop and execute product launches in line with global strategy and directives, maximizing luxury collection share
- In collaboration with sales team to develop and define sales target for product launches, manage marketing calendar and provide product plans, sales forecast to ensure seamless 360 activation of key innovation/renovation initiatives
- Monitor market and competitors' activities, share the market intelligence to draw learning and implications for the company
- Define, plan, and identify local communication platforms to build Brand Saliency through visibility on Media channel as well as PR initiatives
- Stay informed and continuously learn from local media ecosystem and communication practices to propose new initiatives
- Lead team to develop advertising and social campaign, develop media and artist collaboration, and manage traditional PR & E-PR exposure
- Lead brand business x media spending analysis to evaluate the sufficiency of media investment
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above in marketing or equivalent, with minimum of 15 years relevant experience in multinational company, preferably within in fashion/ luxury/ lifestyle industry
- Strong strategic marketing skills, extensive knowledge of local market and good business and financial acumen
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and network with external & internal business partners- across functions, with regional/global stakeholders
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasker yet autonomous, frequently initiate and can proactively present ideas, and problem-solving, and results oriented
- With the ability to simplify complex situations, manage ambiguity and identify way to move forward
- Drive a shared vision and purpose for the team, ability to lead the team with energy and inspiration
- Fluent spoken and written in English with excellent presentation skill
