Marketing Manager

The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English, and confident in producing dual-language marketing materials, aswell as regularly liaising with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the global BD team to devise and implement various marketing initiatives and then assist in driving these projects until completion
• Organizing and running key client events, online live seminars, presentations and other client-facing activities to support the strategic goals of the firm
• Conducting client and market research to support new business development
• Assisting with the creation and production of external marketing communications materials, including pitches, client gifts, brochures, marketing inserts and capability statements
• Assisting with planning and coordinating outbound business development trips to include monitoring follow-up activity as required
• Work closely with the marketing communication team to assist social media ad-hoc marketing initiatives and campaigns, utilizing various marketing forums and databases to enhance knowledge sharing
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system to include assisting new joiners in ensuring best practice

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking with strong cross culture communication skills
• Relevant marketing experience in intangible solution/services company
• At least 4 years integrated marketing working experience
• Smart, self drive, strong learning capability
• Details oriented, with strong presentation skills
