Reporting to the China GM, the Marketing Director is responsible for the implementation and localisation of the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and localise the company's global marketing strategy to region
- Support the GM in building a long-term vision and engaging stakeholders behind it
- Develop & oversee all marketing strategies and Integrated marketing campaigns (for Brand, New Product Launch and Promotions), manage marketing budget and make sure all communications are aligned cross markets to support business growth in the region
- Strong expereince in E-C channel, know how to do brand builing through Digital / Ec/ Emerging channel.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Hands on planning and development on building brand awareness and channel marketing across the region
- Responsible for presenting marketing projects and findings to key stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with five years in food industry
- Experienced in brand management, channel marketing, digital marketing
- Experienced in leading a marketing team
- Displays strong leadership, project management and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Must have food industry and ec channel expreince
