This position directly reports to General Manager.
- Develop deep insights on customers and competitors regularly including customer needs analysis, customer satisfaction, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop industry/segment understandings including industry trends, business and key stake holders’ needs, and translate the needs into long-term value propositioning and short-term offerings.
- Internally, develop product/service offering road maps based on customers’ needs; Work as the core contact window with sales and product development team for delivery
- Develop pricing strategy and work with finance on pricing analysis
- Develop and evaluate programs (pre sales and post sales promotional programs, customer engagement programs etc.) to drive sales growth, conversion and customer satisfaction
- Develop channel expansion strategy and implementation plan for sales team
About the Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-year experience in marketing/sales at multinational companies
- Strategic thinking a must
- Results driven
- B2B sales, product development and pricing experience strongly preferred
- Can work under pressure and open minded
- University degree, preferably with an MBA degree
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
