负责品牌线上整体流量运营和推广工作,制定线上付费推广的目标,策略,费用和执行计划,确保直营店铺达到既定付费推广销售目标,监督和支持经销商店铺达到既定目标。合理分配推广费用,灵活调整推广计划,以达到既定的目标
岗位职责:
- 负责品牌线上整体流量运营和推广工作,制定线上付费推广的目标,策略,费用和执行计划,确保直营店铺达到既定付费推广销售目标,监督和支持经销商店铺达到既定目标。合理分配推广费用,灵活调整推广计划,以达到既定的目标
- 根据品牌线上直营店铺销售目标和财务目标,产品销售目标,线上和线下营销节奏分解付费推广目标,制定对应付费流量、推广费用和执行计划,并确保完整及时和有效的部署和执行
- 根据公司目标和策略的调整,市场竞争和平台规则变化,店铺销售和产品销售的进度情况,及时调整对应付费推广计划,部署和执行,确保品牌线上直营店铺及产品在花费,流量,转化和成交等核心KPI方面, 达成优化的配置和效果。品牌及店铺的特点,确定推广方案,对于各渠道的推广展现、点击率、ppc、roi有敏感性,能发现问题并加以调整,实现宝贝的精准推广,降低成本,保障ROI
- 每日监控并记录直营店铺所有流量及推广相关渠道数据,根据数据分析发现问题和提升机会,数据得出结论,并与运营合作讨论结合市场和平台变化,竞争对手变化,店铺流量结构变化,整体销售和产品销售达成情况,及时做出实际优化和调整
- 对经销商线上店铺的流量和付费推广进行支持,协调品牌直营和经销商间就线上付费推广的策略,计划和执行的合力和相互配合;按照周、月和活动节奏,获得经销商店铺相关流量和推广数据,与经销商讨论问题和优化的机会。活动期每日数据监控,实时调整策略,活动结束后及时活动复盘并提出改进建议
- 按周,月,季度,年和各活动节奏,及时向上级领导汇报所负责领域的关键目标,数据和进度,反映问题,机会和解决方案。密切关注核心竞品的动向以及关键数据,定期分析行业大盘,及时挖掘行业或竞品潜力细分市场或产品
任职要求:
- 3年以上电商经验
- 家电和电子消费品行业经验优先
- 对数据有一定的敏感度,具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和较强的数据分析能力
- 抗压能力强,性格积极、乐观,有责任感和良好的理解能力
