My client is a leading FMCG company and they are looking for a product director to lead category development to maintain the dominant market share position in Fill & Filter business.
About the Role:
• Manage product portfolio optimisation (product positioning, pricing, sku mix, packaging)
• Work with sales team (channel and customer marketing) to identify opportunities and develop programs in driving household penetration by channel by geography
• Lead co-marketing program development
• Co-work with Brand Communication team to address brand health issues on acquisition, loyalty, lapse, etc
• Work with Global Product Marketing & Research teams to identify need gaps for China and define the right product portfolio.
• Provide strategic and operational inputs for Global Product Marketing on product development. Manage through all new product launches with focus on Go-To-Market strategy and implementation.
• Nurture and grow product marketing team
• Collaborate with cross functional leaders to drive integrated sales & marketing planning approach for all channels
About the Candidate:
• 10 years consumer marketing experience in reputable companies
• Track record in Integrated Marketing Communication development and Innovation Management
• Experience to work with Global / Regional Marketing teams directly
• Led cross functional projects with impacts
