This role is responsible for managing overall brand strategy and brand communication. To lead the development and execution of marketing activities to achieve or exceed budget, share and profit objectives while controlling marketing expense within budget.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated brand campaign in EC platform to support the brand growth and drive consumer conversation
- Develop and Implement the annual marketing plan in order to achieve agreed business objectives within approved timing and budget
- Provided effective project-based management for product including new product development, product mix optimisation, ATL/BTL development, market.consumer analysis, packaging development and product cost optimization
- Control assigned A& spending within approved level
- Analyze relevant data/information in order to assess business opportunity and risk within the brand mix
- At least 6 year experience in FMCG Marekting
- Experience in planning and execute EC campaign
- Ability to think in a holistic consumer centric leveraging key insights
- Strong project management experience
- Strong business sense
- Advanced skills in directing and evaluation creative
