This role is for the growing Asian region, especially for China Market. Priority launch of the healthy snacks. This position will work closely with Asia sales /BD team and the local Chinese distributor, and will provide the link for marketing between in-market insight / execution and the head office team who will lead project management.
About the Role:
- Work closely with global marketing team providing local knowledge and insights and leading the execution. Work with the local business / sales team in the region to execute plans
- In market marketing and research agencies, the master distributor and sub-distributors, and their marketing teams and where relevant customers (in conjunction with regional sales teams). Co-manage the relationship with in market regulatory advisor
- Adaptation to local market execution, creation of optimised plans.
- Local market recommendations and business cases.
- Consumer and market insights - Lead local market analytic and insight( in partnership with insight team) and be the driving force/ voice for the region within the business and back to global team.
- Development & execution of marketing plans across the region to achieve agreed KPIs working with In-market agencies.
